February Aussie Swap Tag & Card Making Fun

Hi There Blogging Friends!  Oh what a gorgeous February tag I received from my Aussie partner Tanya in our 12 month long tag swap. Take a look at the beautiful colours and the details for our subject "Love".

 
I've also been making some cards and trying hard to keep them simple but elegant.  I relied on my lovely 'Stampin' Up' Butterfly Stamp Set and Punch to get the look with these cards below...

    Lovely tag you received for Feb love the colors of it. Glad you liked my blue attempt at a valentine theme. The vintage lady was just the perfect one.
    Start with the image was one of the tips and it is really working for me so far.. I never really focused on the image before don't really know how I started before but this focusing on the image and then just going with the colors and theme of the image is working for me..
    The one I received from Diane was amazing it has so many bits to keep you looking and looking, just lovely. So enjoying the swap so far and looking forward to the next one.

    Oh after all that I forgot to say your cards are all just lovely. I love the 5th one and the 9th one they really caught my eye, so pretty, the touch of twine and the bow just beautiful touches.
